The Photonics and Sensors Laboratory is a space dedicated to conducting research in the fields of sensors, biosensors, photonics, plasmonics, and nanotechnologies. In this laboratory, nanomaterial synthesis is carried out using electrochemical methods and flame techniques. The lab is equipped with a PerkinElmer device (0.1nm resolution), which is capable of performing precise analysis of wavelength changes and light intensity, and can measure absorption and transmission spectra for any solid or liquid sample. Additionally, the laboratory houses a photoluminescence setup with a xenon lamp, as well as a thin-film thickness measurement device.
